Ready for Spring? FREE Groundhog Day Activities!

                                        

Ready for Spring? As most of the nation is covered in ice and snow, the groundhog is gearing up for his grand performance!

Can you correctly predict whether the groundhog will or will not see his shadow? 

Learn more about Groundhog Day at the official Punxsutawney Groundhog Club website. You can find a trivia game and updates, as well as a survey for predicting whether the groundhog will/will not see his shadow. Plus, there's a great teacher section with lesson plans for all ages! 

Another great place to learn about groundhogs is The Old Farmer's Almanac groundhog website! There's history and fun facts about the animals, along with lore and songs.
